  • Who is the program for?

    The program is designed for all riders regardless of a skill level, who want to improve their riding skills, posture in the saddle, balance, and prevent stress injuries due to prolonged riding.

  • How is the program divided?

    The program is divided into three parts, where each part contains four weeks. In each part you will get three workouts per week, about 20 minutes each. Additionally to assessment to keep track on your progress in each part. You will also get exercises to perform with your horse each week.

  • How does this make me a better rider?

    It will result in improved posture and balance in the saddle, increased strength and endurance for riding, as well as, prevent stress injuries that are likely to develop due to prolong riding.
